There is no full-time technical person to run light or sound at the Hall for your event. You may want to hire the Hall’s Technical Director (Marie Miller) or hire a qualified person (who who will need to be instructed by her) to run the equipment. You can contact Marie at 216-403-7257 or dangerhouse13@gmail.com .
A deposit may be required and if the space is not restored to the condition in which you found it, your deposit may not be returned.
Check list for users of Swedenborg Church and Hall:
*Please sweep or vacuum up the space.
*If there is something spilled, please mop it up and mop the entire floor.
*Please throw the trash away in the bins in the alley behind the Hall and replace the trash can liners.
*Please shut doors in the front and alley ways, close windows, turn off heat, air-conditioning and lights other than the light in the hall leading to the sanctuary.
*Please empty and sift all cigarette sand buckets and throw in trash.
*Please check bathrooms before and after your events, make sure toilet paper is stocked and trash emptied.
*Please wash all dishes used, wipe counters, put dry dishes away.
*All cleaning and paper supplies can be found in the Hall closet.
*When leaving, please use the bolt lock on the Hall front door and then exit through the handicapped exit to the right which is locked automatically.
*Please refrain from removing any church materials from displays in the Hall or in the Sanctuary.
